Sometimes showing up fully is fully scary and exhausting. Most of these at comes from worrying if we will be accepted as ew are for who we truly are. I have had students as young as 1st grade fearful to fully “flex” their personalities for fear of acceptance. How can we use our spiritual identity that we have been shaping throughout that course to give our young ones courage to be themselves? Let’s discuss, but first, let’s have a little snack…
