Lesson 6 - 12 Days to Sparkle “Imagination”

One of the most fascinating aspects of explaining broader concepts of theology to children is that they can easily stretch their imaginations in ways that don’t limit G-d. This is what makes teaching these themes both wonder us and easy in the lack of their limitations. Ironically as adults, we often regard children as “lacking,” simply due to their not having had life experiences, but often overlook the beauty of their naïveté, and the gift of unfettered imagination.

In today’s lesson we will explore how to feed a child’s imagination to help them further develop relationship and language around their spiritual identity.

One way that I use most often and that I find every effective is through storytelling. Here is a recommendation of a fantastic book, “Maybe it Happend THIS Way,” and here is why:
